- How to Subscribe
- You can subscribe to Feh Pass from the in-game Shop.
- About Automatic Renewal
- Automatic renewal allows you to keep enjoying the Feh Pass service by automatically renewing your subscription each month when the one-month validity period ends. This allows you to continue using the Feh Pass service without having to manually renew your subscription each month.
Note: If you do not wish to continue your subscription, then you must cancel automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period.

How can I check my Feh Pass subscription status and period of validity?
- Feh Pass is valid for one month after subscribing.
You can check your Feh Pass subscription status and validity period through the App Store or Google Play Store by following these steps:
◆On iOS devices (App Store):
1. Tap Settings on your device.
2. Tap Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the Fire Emblem Heroes icon to check your subscription status.
◆On Android devices (Google Play Store):
1. Tap the Play Store icon on your device.
2. Tap the menu icon on the Play Store, then tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap the Fire Emblem Heroes icon to check your subscription status.
Note: Subscription validity period cannot be checked in-game.
I want to cancel my subscription (automatic renewal).
- You can cancel automatic renewal by following the steps below at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period. If your subscription period expires and you have canceled automatic renewal, then you will no longer be able to use the Feh Pass service.
Notes:
・If you do not cancel automatic renewal, your Feh Pass subscription will be automatically renewed. If you wish to cancel automatic renewal, you must do so 24 or more hours before your subscription period is scheduled to end.
・If you cancel automatic renewal, you can continue to use the Feh Pass service until the end of your current subscription period.
・If you cancel before the subscription period ends, you will not be refunded for the remainder.
・Automatic renewal will be canceled if the renewal fee cannot be paid (credit card is out of date, insufficient funds, etc.).
To cancel automatic renewal:
◆On iOS devices (App Store):
1. Tap Settings on your device.
2. Tap Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the Fire Emblem Heroes icon to check your subscription status.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
If "Expires: (date)" is displayed, then the subscription has been successfully canceled.
◆On Android devices (Google Play Store):
1. Tap the Play Store icon on your device.
2. Tap the Google Account icon in the upper right of the Play Store, then tap Payments & subscriptions.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the Fire Emblem Heroes icon to check your subscription status.
5. On the Manage Subscriptions screen, tap Cancel Subscription.
Note: The subscription status screen mentioned in step 4 above can also be accessed by tapping Shop on the Fire Emblem Heroes Home screen, then More about Feh Pass, then Cancel Feh Pass.
You can also open the subscription status screen mentioned in step 4 above by tapping here. (Please open the subscription status screen while logged into the Google Account you used to subscribe to Feh Pass.)
Note: As option names and other wording may vary depending on your OS version, please contact the App Store or Google Play Store for the latest information.
- About active subscription periods
- Beginning after 01/05/2021 0:00 a.m. UTC, you will be able to see how long you have been subscribed to Feh Pass.
Note: Feh Pass subscriptions that began prior to 01/05/2021 0:00 a.m. UTC will not be counted toward your active subscription period.
Your "active subscription period" is the number of consecutive months you have been subscribed to Feh Pass without interruption (see "What will cause the active subscription period counter to reset?" for more details about what would cause an active subscription period to be reset).
Notes: Please click here for information on how active subscription periods will be calculated when the Restore Feh Pass feature is used to migrate a Feh Pass subscription.
- I want to check the status of my Feh Pass subscription.
- You can check the status of your subscription period from the in-game Shop by tapping the More about Feh Pass button.
- What will cause the active subscription period counter to reset?
- If your Feh Pass subscription has been expired for 7 days or more (168+ hours) before you renew, your active subscription period counter will reset.
Note: If you renew your subscription within 7 days of your subscription expiring, your active subscription period will not be reset. It will instead be treated as a continued subscription.
If your active subscription period is reset in any situation other than the situation described above, please contact Customer Support in-game by following these steps:
1. Tap Misc., then Support, FAQ, etc., then Customer Support.
2. Tap Inquiries, then New Inquiry.
How active subscription periods are calculated after using the Restore Feh Pass feature.
- Note: Using the Restore Feh Pass feature to migrate your Feh Pass subscription to new save data will not carry your active subscription period over to the new save data.
The Feh Pass subscription that is migrated over will not immediately count toward your active subscription period. Instead, the active subscription period will reset and begin counting again with the first automatic renewal of the subscription after using the Restore Feh Pass feature.
Note: If you decide to renew your Feh Pass subscription on your original save data within 7 days (168 hours) after migration, your active subscription period will not reset. However, the first month after renewal will not count toward your active subscription period.
- I am unable to subscribe to Feh Pass.
- The following are possible reasons why you may not be able to subscribe to Feh Pass.
1. You are already subscribed to Feh Pass.
Only one Feh Pass can be used per account (either Apple ID or Google Account) per save data.
If multiple family members are using the same Apple ID or Google Account and one of them has already subscribed to Feh Pass, other family members will not be able to subscribe to Feh Pass.
In this situation, another Apple ID or Google Account would need to be used.
If a Feh Pass subscription has been canceled but has not expired yet, a new Feh Pass subscription cannot be purchased until the existing subscription has expired.
2. You are already subscribed to Feh Pass on another platform.
If you are using both iOS and Android devices to access the same save data, you may only be subscribed to Feh Pass through one platform or the other (the App Store or Google Play Store).
3. Purchasing is restricted.
If credit card usage is restricted or parental controls that restrict making purchases have been implemented, then a purchase cannot be made.
Please check that there are no problems with the payment method.
- I cannot access Feh Pass benefits even though there is time remaining in my subscription period.
- Your Feh Pass subscription status may not be up to date.
First, please attempt to restore your Feh Pass subscription by tapping the Restore Feh Pass or Complete Subscription buttons in the in-game Shop.
If this does not resolve the issue and you are subscribed to Feh Pass on an iOS device, please try the following steps:
1. Make sure you have linked your Nintendo Account to Fire Emblem Heroes.
Note: If your Nintendo Account is not linked to Fire Emblem Heroes when you follow these steps,then you will not be able to continue using your save data after performing this procedure.
2. Sign in to the App Store using the Apple ID that you used to subscribe to Feh Pass.
3. Uninstall Fire Emblem Heroes.
4. Re-install Fire Emblem Heroes.
5. Link the Nintendo Account used in step 1 to Fire Emblem Heroes again.
6. Tap the Restore Feh Pass button in the in-game Shop.
Note: You will be unable to use Restore Feh Pass again for a set period of time.
If none of the above resolves the issue, please contact Customer Support in-game by following these steps:
1. Tap Misc., then Support, FAQ, etc., then Customer Support.
2. Tap Inquiries, then New Inquiry.
- I cannot restore Feh Pass privileges.
- The following are possible reasons why you may not be able to restore Feh Pass privileges.
・You may have used your Apple ID or Google Account to restore privileges in the past.
If an Apple ID or Google Account was used to restore privileges in the past, then you cannot use the same account to restore Feh Pass to different save data until a set period of time has elasped.
・You are already subscribed to Feh Pass on another platform.
If you are using both iOS and Android devices to access the same save data, you can only be subscribed to Feh Pass through one platform or the other.
・The save data you are currently using is attached to a Feh Pass subscription from a different Apple ID or Google Account.
If you are using save data that is attached to a Feh Pass subscription from a different Apple ID or Google Account, you will not be able to restore Feh Pass to that save data even if you subscribed to the Feh Pass with the Apple ID or Google Account that you are currently using.
You may restore Feh Pass if the validity period for the Feh Pass subscription attached to the save data that you are currently using (attached to a different Apple ID or Google Account) expires and there is time remaining in the validity period for Feh Pass that you subscribed to with your current Apple ID or Google Account.
・You are not subscribed to Feh Pass with your current Apple ID or Google Account.
To restore Feh Pass, you must start Fire Emblem Heroes using the Apple ID or Google Account that is subscribed to Feh Pass.
If the above does not resolve the issue and you are subscribed to Feh Pass on an iOS device, please try the following:
1. Link your Nintendo Account to Fire Emblem Heroes.
Note: If you do not link your Nintendo Account to Fire Emblem Heroes, then you will not be able to continue using your save data after performing this procedure.
2. Sign in to the App Store using the Apple ID that you used to subscribe to Feh Pass.
3. Uninstall Fire Emblem Heroes.
4. Re-install Fire Emblem Heroes.
5. Link the Nintendo Account used in step 1 to Fire Emblem Heroes.
6. Tap the Restore Feh Pass button in the in-game Shop.
Notes:
・ The save data you used to access Feh Pass previously will no longer be able to access Feh Pass benefits.
・ You will be unable to use Restore Feh Pass again for a set period of time.
If none of the above resolves the issue, please contact Customer Support in-game by following these steps:
1. Tap Misc., then Support, FAQ, etc., then Customer Support.
2. Tap Inquiries, then New Inquiry.
- I want to use the save data that is linked to the Apple ID or Google Account that I used to subscribe to Feh Pass.
- Important Information:
・The below procedure requires the save data from when you subscribed to Feh Pass be linked with a Nintendo Account.
・If you wish to use your current save data in the future, you must link it with a different Nintendo Account before following this procedure.
After reading the above important information, please follow these steps:
1. Uninstall Fire Emblem Heroes.
2. Log in to the App Store or Google Play Store using the Apple ID or Google Account that you used to subscribe to Feh Pass.
3. Reinstall Fire Emblem Heroes.
4. Link the Nintendo Account that is paired with the save data from when you subscribed to Feh Pass.
- I want to move my Feh Pass subscription to a new device.
- ■ If your new device uses the same OS as your previous device:
You can transfer your Feh Pass subscription status for no additional cost by following these steps:
1. On your new device, start Fire Emblem Heroes using the Apple ID or Google Account that you used to subscribe to Feh Pass.
2. On your new device, link the Nintendo Account that is subscribed to Feh Pass.
■ If your new device uses a different OS from your previous device:
If there is still time left on the Feh Pass subscription on your old device, you can continue to use the subscription on your new device for no additional cost by linking the Nintendo Account associated with your Feh Pass subscription.
Note: You can also choose to subscribe to Feh Pass on your new device after the subscription on your old device ends.
Please keep the following points in mind if you choose to subscribe to Feh Pass on your new device.
● Be sure to link the Nintendo Account from your old device to your new device before subscribing to Feh Pass on your new device. If you do not link your Nintendo Account before subscribing to Feh Pass on your new device, your active subscription period will be reset.
● Be sure to subscribe to Feh Pass within 7 days (168 hours) of when the subscription on your old platform ends. If you do not subscribe within 7 days (168 hours), your active subscription period will reset.
- I want to use Feh Pass on devices with different operating systems (iOS/Android).
- If you have a Feh Pass subscription and your save data is linked to a Nintendo Account that is being used on devices with two different operating systems, Feh Pass will be active on both operating systems.
Note: You will only be charged for Feh Pass on the device where the subscription originates.
- I want to change the Apple ID or Google Account used to pay for my Feh Pass subscription.
- If you would like to change the Apple ID or Google Account that is subscribed to Feh Pass, please follow these steps:
1. Cancel the Feh Pass subscription tied to your current Apple ID or Google Account.
For further details, please see the section entitled "I want to cancel my subscription (automatic renewal)."
2. Once the validity period of the Feh Pass subscription tied to your current Apple ID or Google Account expires, you may subscribe to Feh Pass using a different Apple ID or Google Account.
- I want to transfer my Feh Pass subscription status to different save data.
- ■ If your new save data uses the same OS as your previous save data:
You can transfer your Feh Pass subscription status for no additional cost by following these steps:
1. Start the Fire Emblem Heroes app that has the new save data using the Apple ID or Google Account that you used to subscribe to Feh Pass.
2. In the in-game Shop, tap Restore Feh Pass.
Notes:
・ The save data that you previously used with Feh Pass will become unable to access Feh Pass benefits.
・ Your Feh Pass active subscription period will not be transferred.
・ Before restoring your Feh Pass, please check here to see how active subscription periods are calculated after restoring your Feh Pass.
■ If your new save data uses a different OS from your previous save data:
You cannot transfer your Feh Pass subscription status.
- Can I continue to access Feh Pass benefits and use the Resplendent Attire that I have received even after I cancel my subscription (automatic renewal)?
- Once the Feh Pass validity period has expired, you will no longer have access to Feh Pass benefits. However, you may continue to use the Resplendent Attire and other items that you obtained over the course of your subscription.
- My Feh Pass subscription expired for some reason.
- Automatic renewal may have been canceled if the renewal fee could not be paid (credit card is out of date, insufficient funds, etc.).
After checking your subscription status using the instructions in the section entitled "How can I check my Feh Pass subscription status and period of validity?," please contact Apple or Google directly if you have any questions about payment issues.
- I seem to have been charged for the Feh Pass, although I have no memory of making the purchase.
- You will be charged automatically for access to the Feh Pass service for as long as you are subscribed. Please check your subscription status.
If you share your Apple ID or Google Account with family or friends, they may have subscribed to Feh Pass without your knowledge. If you do not recall subscribing to Feh Pass yourself, please ask those with access to your Apple ID or Google Account if they did.
- When will the Feh Pass benefit that allows me to receive a free 5★ summon after summoning 40 times while subscribed to Feh Pass begin?
- The benefit will begin with the Legendary Hero summoning event that begins 24/12/2021 7:00 a.m. UTC.
Note: For more information about the types of summoning events that this benefit applies to, tap here.
- What conditions need to be met to receive a free 5★ summon after summoning 40 times while subscribed to Feh Pass?
- The following conditions will need to be fulfilled in order to receive a free 5★ summon after summoning 40 times while subscribed to Feh Pass.
1. A summoning event that the benefit applies to must currently be active.
2. You must summon in a summoning event that the benefit applies to 40 or more times.
3. You must be subscribed to Feh Pass.
Note: For more information about the types of summoning events that this benefit applies to, tap here.
- Will the number of times I summoned on an active summoning event prior to subscribing to Feh Pass be counted?
- If you have already summoned on an active summoning event prior to subscribing to Feh Pass, the number of times you summoned will still be counted.
If you've already summoned at least 40 times on the active summoning event, the option to redeem your free 5★ summon will appear immediately after subscribing.
Note: The above-mentioned free 5★ summon is only available for as long as the eligible summoning event in question is active.
- Will I receive a Celestial Stone along with my free 5★ summon after summoning 40 times while subscribed to Feh Pass?
- You will receive a Celestial Stone along with your free 5★ summon after summoning 40 times while subscribed to Feh Pass.
Celestial Stones can be exchanged for items such as Dragonflowers and more in the Celestial Stone Shop. The Celestial Stone Shop can be found in the shop menu.
- During which summoning event will the Feh Pass Focus Charge Benefit start?
- The feature will apply starting with the Special Heroes summoning event that begins at 7/2/2023 7:00 a.m. UTC.
- What will happen to the Focus Charges I built up if I subscribe to Feh Pass partway through a summoning event?
- Focus Charges will build up on summoning events for which the Feh Pass Focus Charge benefit applies even if you have not subscribed to Feh Pass.
Also, charges that were built up before you subscribed to Feh Pass will remain even if you subscribe to Feh Pass partway through a summoning event.
- How many Orbs can be earned from completing Feh Pass-exclusive quests?
- You can earn up to 5 Orbs in total from each set of quests. Two sets of quests are made available each calendar month.
- As a Feh Pass benefit, will I receive a copy of the Hero when I obtain their Resplendent Attire?
- Feh Pass subscribers will receive a 5★ copy of the Hero along with their Resplendent Attire.
- I want to check which Resplendent Heroes I have obtained.
- To see a list of the Resplendent Heroes and their attire that you have obtained, tap Allies, then Interact with Allies, then Change Attire in-game.
- I was unable to obtain a Resplendent Hero because I did not log in to the game during the Hero's distribution period.
- If you did not log in to the game during a Resplendent Hero's distribution period, then you cannot obtain that Resplendent Hero.
If an issue prevented you from logging in and obtaining a Resplendent Hero during their distribution period, please contact Customer Support in-game by following these steps:
1. Tap Misc., then Support, FAQ, etc., then Customer Support.
2. Tap Inquiries, then New Inquiry.
3. Choose "Feh Pass" as the topic and include the name of the Resplendent Hero that you could not obtain.
- I did not receive my Resplendent Hero (I cannot find the Resplendent Hero that I purchased through the Resplendent Heroes option in the in-game Shop).
- The Resplendent Hero purchase process may not have been completed.
In the in-game Shop, please tap Complete Purchase.
If the above does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support in-game by following these steps:
1. Tap Misc., then Support, FAQ, etc., then Customer Support.
2. Tap Inquiries, then New Inquiry.
3. Choose "Feh Pass" as the topic and include the name of the Resplendent Hero that you did not receive from your Feh Pass subscription.
- Do the stat increases granted to Resplendent Heroes affect scoring in the Coliseum or Mjölnir's Strike?
- No, the stat increases granted to Resplendent Heroes do not affect scoring in the Coliseum or Mjölnir's Strike.
- What happens to the stat increases granted to Resplendent Heroes if I switch back to their original attire?
- Resplendent Heroes are granted stat increases regardless of their attire.
- Do Resplendent Attire and Resplendent Hero stat increases appear in the Friend List?
- Resplendent Attire and Resplendent Hero stat increases will be shown to your friends when they view your Hero in the Friend List.
- Do Resplendent Attire and Resplendent Hero stat increases apply even if the original Hero is 3★ or 4★ rarity?
- Even if the original Hero is 3★ or 4★ rarity, they may still wear their Resplendent Attire and receive Resplendent Hero stat increases.
How will I receive my loyalty perks?
- To receive loyalty perks, all you need to do is log in to the game after remaining subscribed for a consecutive period of two months or more.
Notes: ・ Please check here for more information on which loyalty perks you are eligible to receive.
・ Loyalty perks will be delivered in the form of Log-In Bonuses that are added directly to your inventory. A notification will appear on the Home screen informing you that you received them. Please be aware that they won't appear in your Present List.
・ Please be sure to log in to the game within one month of renewing your subscription or having your subscription automatically renewed. It may be possible to miss out on receiving loyalty perks if you do not log in during the month.
・ You must have updated your Fire Emblem Heroes app to Ver. 5.8.0 in order to receive loyalty perks.
・ After updating to Ver. 5.8.0, you will receive loyalty perks for the active subscription period you maintained prior to the update.
■ If you do not log in and receive your loyalty perks:
You can receive your loyalty perks if you renew your subscription within 7 days (168 hours) of your Feh Pass subscription period ending.
Note: If you resubscribe 7 or more days (168 hours) after your Feh Pass subscription period ends, your active subscription period will be reset and you will not be able to receive your loyalty perks.
- When can I receive my loyalty perks?
- You will be eligible to receive loyalty perks after you have maintained a Feh Pass active subscription period of at least two months.
Notes:
・ Your active subscription period increases by one month when you subscribe to Feh Pass and will continue to increase each time it is automatically renewed.
・ To see your current active subscription period, tap More about Feh Pass in the in-game Shop.

- I have maintained a Feh Pass subscription, but I have not received loyalty perks.
- It's possible that your active subscription period has not reached the length of time necessary to obtain loyalty perks. For further information, please review the text below.
